Back Lawn Rules: The back lawn may be used for small gatherings, subject to consideration of the board and the club manager. Gatherings such as birthday parties shall be limited to a total of 12 attendees this includes members who are attending the party. The management asks that the member pay for all the guests at the conclusion of the event.
