Article XX: Amendments Except, as otherwise provided in Article XVII, any of these by-laws may be altered, amended, or repealed by a majority of the members of the club, at any meeting called for the purpose, of which the notice shall specify the subject matter of the proposed alteration, amendment, or repeal of the article(s) to be affected thereby.
