The members may, at any meeting called for the purpose, by vote
of the majority of the entire number of members, remove from office
any director or any officer, chosen by the members, and elect his/her
successor. The Board of Directors may likewise, by vote of a majority
of its entire number, remove from office any officer or agent of
the corporation appointed by it.
